Cooper Clinic at Craig Ranch Opens Signaling the Next Phase of CooperLife Health-Focused Residential Community in McKinney

more healthy and active," says Dr. Tyler Cooper, president of CooperLife and staff physician at Cooper Clinic in Dallas.

Future CooperLife residents will receive one Cooper Clinic comprehensive exam a year and access to a physician 24/7 as part of the extensive amenities package. The first townhomes are under construction with residents expected to move in early 2008.

Considered the "gold standard" in providing comprehensive physical exams, Cooper Clinic helps individuals and corporate clients increase their quality and longevity of life by preventing disease and providing a prescription of good health through aerobic exercise, proper diet and stress management. Patients experience a six-to-eight hour day and complete a variety of health screenings, extensive blood work, treadmill stress test, heart and body imaging, as well as other tests and exams based on age, gender, medical history and doctor recommendations. Each patient spends one to two hours with a physician, receives same-day results and a full written report.

For the first time, Cooper Clinic is expanding its women's health services by adding leading breast surgeon Dr. Gail Lebovic and preventive gynecologist Dr. David Rogers to its team. Women will benefit from the latest screening, diagnostic and treatment services including digital mammography, MRI scanning, breast and pelvic ultrasound, DEXA bone density testing, and minimally- invasive biopsies, plus aesthetic and reconstructive surgery.

"The access women have to the latest technology and information -- all in a single location -- helps them cope and feel more comfortable no matter what breast-related issue they are facing," says Dr. Lebovic, one of only a few oncoplastic surgeons in the world, who holds a number of new medical device patents including the MammoPad that makes mammography less painful for women, and has developed new breast surgical techniques. "Cooper Clinic at Craig Ranch is committed to the overall health of
