Contract Research Organization WCCT Global Welcomes Lada Smirnova to the Executive Team as Chief Financial Officer

WCCT Global, a contract research organization headquartered in Southern California, welcomes Lada Smirnova to the executive team as Chief Financial Officer. This addition is due to the organic growth WCCT Global has undergone in recent years and in preparation of acquiring more companies. Prior to joining WCCT, Lada held VP. of Finance and Accounting position with a well known CRO with experience in clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas, from regulatory submissions and clinical affairs to medical monitoring and drug storage and distribution.

Prior to VP of Finance and accounting position, Lada held Director of Finance and Administration position with several high tech companies. In those roles Lada was responsible for short and long-range financial and business planning as well as directly responsible for day-to-day operations of finance, accounting, IT, human resources, customer service, warehouse, and facility management departments. Among other responsibilities Lada was a project leader on several software conversions involving redesigning the business process, successfully completed SOX compliance implementation, and had a leadership role in internally initiated successful company restructuring.
