Continua Health Alliance Provides Insight Into Next Generation of Digital Health at CONNECTIONS(TM)

DALLAS, May 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Parks Associates and CEA(R) today announced that Continua Health Alliance will host a free pre-show session at CONNECTIONS(TM) on June 24. The Continua Health Alliance is a non-profit, open-industry coalition of the finest healthcare and technology companies joining together in collaboration to improve the quality of personal healthcare by establishing a system of interoperable personal health solutions that fosters independence, empowers individuals and provides the opportunity for truly personalized health & wellness management.

CONNECTIONS(TM): The Digital Living Conference and Showcase will take place June 24-26 at the Santa Clara Convention Center and provides high-level research, knowledge, and analysis from the converging consumer technology and service industries.

The Continua session "The next generation of personal telehealth is here!" will explore the alliance's three use cases -- chronic disease management, aging independently, and health & fitness -- and explain how Continua is utilizing standards to ensure interoperability as it opens new opportunities in digital health solutions and services.
