ContinuLink Welcomes Medicaid Thought Leader to Executive Team; Bob LeBeau Joins Team to Provide Strategic Direction

Boca Raton, FL (PRWEB) July 15, 2013

ContinuLink LLC , a leading provider of web based home care software solutions, announced today that Bob LeBeau has been named as Chief Strategy Officer.

Bob brings over 21 years of home care provider experience to ContinuLink. As Senior Vice President of Government Affairs for Maxim Healthcare, founding partner at Oakmark Advisors, and the former Chairman of the National Council on Medicaid Home Care, Bob led efforts to foster improvements in the delivery of home care and community based services through the exchange and implementation of creative ideas between federal and state legislative and regulatory leaders, Medicaid beneficiaries, and homecare providers.

Continulink President Scott Overhill welcomed Bob LeBeau as a member of the senior leadership team stating, “Bob‘s perspective on the needs of the home care industry and his record of building customer, client and industry relationships allows us to focus on meeting the needs of home care agencies, the payer community, and ultimately the most important group, the patients and families our clients serve in the community.”

LeBeau stated, “I look forward to joining the great team at ContinuLink. I believe that ContinuLink is uniquely positioned to provide a platform of technology solutions to the home care industry. I have known the team at ContinuLink for several years as many industry providers have been using the ContinuLink home care software to manage the billing, operational and regulatory complexities of Medicaid and Medicaid waiver payer programs. The team shares a common goal of giving home care agencies the technology platform they need to succeed in today’s increasingly difficult environment. With pressure on reimbursement, varied and complex payer rules and requirements, and the daily challenges of recruitment, scheduling and billing, ContinuLink offers solutions for home care agency owners and operators.”

LeBeau continued, “I will focus on assisting the ContinuLink team with ensuring that the ongoing development and refinements of the ContinuLink solution meet the needs of the provider community. I will also continue to work on behalf of the home care industry to assist with advocacy and payer recognition of the home care value proposition. Our vision at ContinuLink is to be the leading solution for providers focused on delivering adult and pediatric continuous care, Medicaid and Medicaid waiver personal care services, Medicaid Managed Care and other non-episodic payment programs. I look forward to ensuring that ContinuLink technology platform exceeds the expectations of all users including caregivers, clinical and operational leaders as it assists those providers with managing growth in a compliant and quality driven environment.”

ContinuLink President Scott Overhill went on to state, “The appointment of Bob is the beginning of an expansive investment in ContinuLink’s product platform and resources to be the premier choice of home care providers in North America.”
