Consumer Thanks Debt Collector - Debt Collection Agency Lazarus Financial Group Releases New "Consumer Thank You" Video
Date:5/30/2013

Dallas, Texas (PRWEB) May 30, 2013

Lazarus Financial Group, an industry-leader in property management, medical, education, alarm, and self-storage debt collections, announced the release of a new video that features a letter from a consumer thanking the company for their professionalism and candor during the bill collection process.

The account, a past due dental collections bill, was processed through PatientFirstCollections powered by Lazarus Financial Group, which is the medical and healthcare debt collection arm of Lazarus Financial Group.

Kristina Eisenhauer, a collections specialist at PatientFirstCollections, powered Lazarus Financial Group, was the team member responsible for collecting the dental account and is one of the agency’s top performing collectors. Eisenhauer has a long history of utilizing respectful and ethical collection techniques when working with consumers, and believes a friendly approach to collections is the key to her success.

"I feel if I can't build a positive rapport with consumers and I don't gain their trust immediately, there is no way I will be able to obtain payment," Eisenhauer says.

Lazarus Financial Group Co-Founder Sheri McCann believes the new “Consumer Thanks Debt Collector” video helps illustrate the agency’s consumer-friendly approach to debt recovery and can be used as a valuable marketing and lead-generation tool.

“Everybody has been in debt in some form or fashion,” McCann says. “And I want to make sure that the people we are talking to feel comfortable talking to us about very personal, intimate parts of their life.”

McCann hopes the video will not only shed a positive light on the debt collection industry, but will demonstrate her collection agency’s ability to recover delinquent debt while still remaining friendly and respectful to consumers.

"Kristina is exactly the type of person you are looking for when hiring in this industry," McCann says. "Her background in customer service has served her well, and she truly understands the right way to treat consumers."

“There have been consumers that have become clients just based on the morals and techniques that we’ve utilized throughout our collection process,” Eisenhauer says. “It’s nice getting somebody that can actually say, ‘Hey thank you, thank you for your professionalism, and for doing a good job.’”
