Conscious Aging In Camden: Workshops Explore Getting Older

d educational organization The Monroe Institute, Rock The Path extensively utilizes The Monroe Institute's Hemi-Sync© audio technology which guides users into meditative states ideal for relaxation, learning, and personal development. While not a focus in the Conscious Aging program, participants will have the opportunity to sample Hemi-Sync© and its benefits during short mindfulness segments designed to help participants relax, reflect, and become inspired.

Rock The Path will be offering four workshops in the Conscious Aging curriculum: Self Compassion on May 11 from 9 am - 12 pm; Death Makes Life Possible on May 11 from 2 pm - 5 pm; Surrender on June 1 from 9 am - 12 pm, and A New Vision of Aging on June 1 from 2 pm - 5 pm. The workshops are free and open to those aged 30 and over. Participants may attend one, all, or any of the four workshops and registration for each workshop is required.
