Connectyx Technologies Holdings Group's CEO Gives Shareholders a Summary of Events for First Half of 2009 and Announces Teleconference Call on July 9th to Discuss Future Strategy

PALM CITY, Fla., June 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Connectyx (Pink Sheets: CTYX) - Connectyx Technologies Holdings Group, Inc. is pleased to announce that Connectyx's CEO, Ronn Schuman, has issued an open letter to shareholders available for viewing on the Company's Web site at www.connectyx.com. The letter addresses many of the events that have taken place during the first six months of this year, including the addition of several prominent individuals to the management, sales and marketing teams, and the Company's strategy for revenue generation for the next six months of 2009.

Mr. Schuman discusses new sales opportunities and strategic partnerships that have been established over the last six months, as well as initiatives to increase the Company's market share through numerous channels of distribution.

Ronn Schuman, Connectyx President and CEO, said, "We believe this shareholder letter provides a substantive overview of our Company's achievements during the past six months, including our many initiatives to grow revenues through marketing and sales of our lead product MedFlash, both nationally and internationally. We anticipate that these accomplishments, and our plans for the rest of the year, will enable us to prepare a Form 10 to file with the SEC to become a fully reporting company and ultimately obtain listing on the OTC Bulletin Board within the next 6 months.
