Date:1/28/2010

PALM CITY, Fla., Jan. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Connectyx Technologies Holdings Group Inc. (Pink Sheets: CTYX) is pleased to announce that it has secured the U.S. Trademark for MedFlash®.

Connectyx was granted U.S. Trademark #3,739,453 for the protection of the MedFlash name, graphics and proprietary USB operating software.  This protection includes International Cl.: 9 designation in class 9 (U.S. CLS. 21, 23, 26, 36 and 38).  A registered trademark grants a bundle of exclusive rights upon the registered owner, including the right to exclusive use of the mark in relation to the products or services for which it is registered. The law in most jurisdictions also allows the owner of a registered trademark to prevent unauthorized use of the mark in relation to products or services which are identical or "colourfully" similar to the "registered" products or services, and in certain cases, prevent use in relation to entirely dissimilar products or services.

"This is another important step in establishing and protecting our brand in this exciting and growing market.  We are deploying significant resources in our marketing efforts and this assures us that our investment will be secure in the marketplace," stated Ronn Schuman CEO of Connectyx.
