Confidence Plus Insurance Services Brings Attention to Domestic Violence and Youth Homelessness and Fundraises for Women’s Center - Youth & Family Services

Confidence Plus Insurance Services whole-heartedly shares Women’s Center - Youth & Family Services’ mission to build a stronger community in San Joaquin County. Their new fundraising partnership is part of Confidence Plus’s ongoing campaign of community involvement and enrichment. The initiative strives to provide funds supporting services for the county’s most vulnerable members – children and teens touched by domestic violence and homelessness. Readers who believe providing a safe haven is an essential basis for a stronger and brighter future, may now view and contribute to the campaign through

“We greatly admire Women’s Center - YFS’s goal of sheltering and empowering children and teens who have been victims of violence and homelessness,” said Todd Shibler, Confidence Plus’ principal. “We believe they are a true source of healing, and feel honored to do whatever we can to help them provide programs which will give these kids a safe and secure future.”

Since 1976, Women’s Center - Youth & Family Services has been San Joaquin County’s only provider of free, confidential services and shelters specifically designed to meet the needs of homeless and runaway youth and victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. With values of hope, compassion, safety, empowerment and respect, their mission is to build a stronger community by fostering individual strength, and by acting as a catalyst to end violence and youth homelessness. Each year they serve more than 20,000 local people in need, through direct services and community outreach – including the more than 700 women, children and youth who stay in their four shelters every year. Their programs and services save lives, help victims heal, restore hope, strengthen families and help to build a safer community for all. More information on Women’s Center - YFS may be found at

With offices in Stockton, Manteca, Lodi and Modesto, Confidence Plus Insurance Services is employing its social media channels, email and text message communications in the campaign, and dedicates a full page of their monthly magazine to feature this very worthy cause. The electronic version of Our Hometown magazine may be viewed here: In addition to promoting the campaign to gather donations, the agency will also contribute $10 to Women’s Shelter - YFS for each person recommended to them for an insurance quote, with no purchase necessary.

Continuing its ongoing mission to operate as agents of change in the community, Confidence Plus invites community members to submit information of local people, families or groups in need of a helping hand, to be considered for future campaigns through this link: Entries are diligently reviewed, and the selected causes will be contacted by a representative of Confidence Plus’s Community Program.
