Thornhill, Toronto (PRWEB) December 25, 2013
Local restaurant owner to give free breakfast to utility workers restoring hydro to the GTA. Dino Pantelidis, owner of Wimpy’s Diner Thornhill, is opening his doors to the utility workers and volunteers working overtime in the aftermath of one of the worst ice storms this province has ever seen. “We’re open Christmas Eve and Christmas Day anyways, so let’s help feed the many workers who are missing time with their family and braving the cold,” said Toronto native, Dino Pantelidis. Utility workers and those part of a cleanup crew helping to restore the hydro back to the many citizens of the GTA are invited to stop in to the Wimpy’s Diner located at 8123 Yonge Street in Thornhill for a complimentary takeout breakfast or sandwich, Christmas Eve, Tuesday December 24th and Christmas Day, Wednesday December 25th. The diner will be open from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. Christmas Eve and 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. Christmas Day.
