Companion Global Healthcare Inc. Offers Additional Hospital Choices to Employers, Individuals Looking to Save on Fully Credentialed Health Care

COLUMBIA, S.C., June 8 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Medical travel facilitator Companion Global Healthcare Inc. has added two internationally accredited hospitals to its overseas network, creating more options for its employer groups and individual clients seeking health care at prices far lower than those in the United States.

The addition of Kent Hospital in Izmir, Turkey, and Klinikum Chemnitz in Chemnitz, Germany, means Companion Global Healthcare will provide case management and medical travel concierge services to its clients who choose those facilities for surgery or other treatment.

Companion Global Healthcare's network now includes 18 hospitals and three dental clinics around the world. All network hospitals are accredited by the Joint Commission International (JCI) and offer rates to individuals and employers that are up to 90 percent less than those at U.S. hospitals.

Kent Hospital (www.InternationalKent.com), in the port city of Izmir, Turkey, offers world-class medical treatment and state-of-the-art facilities. English-speaking staff and internationally experienced medical professionals, in addition to easy access via direct flights from the East Coast of the United States, will ease the travel burden for patients and the medical expense outlay for employers.

Located in scenic Chemnitz, Germany, Klinikum Chemnitz (www.KlinikumChemnitz.de) was accredited by the JCI in 2000, becoming the first hospital in Germany to earn that distinction. With 1,820 beds, Klinikum Chemnitz is the largest hospital in the Companion Global Healthcare network.
