TAMPA, Fla., and LOUISVILLE, Ky., March 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Commonwealth Leverage Group ("C-Leverage") a leading e-health acceleration firm serving healthcare clients focused on the development and adoption of technology to allow the creation of health information exchanges (HIEs) has formed a marketing partnership with Helium Interactive, a leading integrated marketing agency that focuses on health information technology firms. Helium will offer its expertise to Commonwealth Leverage's clients and corporate partners.
