Columbiana County Board of MR/DD Chooses Q Continuum(TM) System

CINCINNATI, Oct. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- CH Mack, Inc., a leading provider of case management software for health and human services, managed care and acute care organizations, announced the Columbiana County (Ohio) Board of Mental Retardation & Developmental Disabilities (MR/DD) has chosen its Q Continuum System.

Q Continuum System, CH Mack's industry leading Continuum of Case Management software solution, contains a complete suite of functions supporting "best in class" case management processes utilized by today's leading health and human service organizations.

The implementation of Q Continuum System will allow the Columbiana County Board of MR/DD to increase focus on the cost effectiveness and efficiency of its services and continue moving toward consumer-directed care, which helps fulfill the agency's mission of supporting people with disabilities and their families to achieve what is important to them.
