Colorado Gastroenterology Chooses Qqest's TimeForce, Payroll Services
Date:6/8/2009

SALT LAKE CITY, June 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Qqest Software Systems today announced that Colorado Gastroenterology in Denver has adopted the company's TimeForce time and attendance software, as well as the company's Payroll Services.

Founded in 2004, Colorado GI performs over 5,000 medical procedures each year. Prior to adopting Qqest's employee management solution, the group's 12 employees were using a manual time clock and paper time cards to track time. This process was inefficient and prone to errors.

Colorado GI selected Qqest for both their time and attendance, and payroll needs because it provided them with a fully automated and integrated process, and was cost effective. According to Melaine Aschenbrenner, both software packages together cost about what she previously paid for just her payroll service.

Colorado Gastroenterology's staff adapted quickly to the new system, and began seeing benefits immediately. Aschenbrenner saw a marked increase in accuracy, and was able to cut the time she spent processing time and payroll from three to four hours a pay period, to just 30 minutes.

Qqest helps the business side of Colorado Gastroenterology run more smoothly and efficiently. "The new system makes my job easier, and saves us all a lot of time on administrative tasks," said Aschenbrenner. "It helps our employees spend less time crunching numbers, and more time making sure our patients get the best care possible each and every day."

"Colorado GI is a great example of how automating employee management tasks can be affordable for smaller organizations, and deliver real benefits," said Trish Stromberg, Director of Marketing for Qqest. "We are happy to have them on board as a customer, and look forward to continuing to work with them to ensure they have the best experience possible."
