2013-2014 winter season is here and according to the Farmer's Almanac it is going to be a bear!

Prevention is the best way not to get stuck in the cold weather - when that is not possible and a resident in Silicon Valley is facing a cold night of no heat, they should call a heating repair/installation company that can provide temporary heat if possible.
