Cognitive Technologies Supports PMO for APS Healthcare

AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Cognitive Technologies, an IT consulting company specializing in project and program management for the Federal Government and Fortune 1000 companies, is pleased to announce that they have been engaged by APS Healthcare to sustain and improve their Project Management Office (PMO).

Cognitive Technologies initially will be assisting with the management of the PMO for the Corporate IT department. In parallel, Cognitive Technologies' specialists will assess and make recommendations on strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the PMO's processes and tools.
