MADISON, Wis., Feb. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cogdell Spencer Inc. (NYSE: CSA) announces the appointment of Roger Herritz as President of the Midwest Region and Steve Wolters as Senior Vice President of Inpatient Project Delivery for the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Erdman, A Cogdell Spencer Company (Erdman).
Based in the Company's Madison office, Mr. Herritz will be responsible for all design-build and development projects in the company's Midwest Region. It encompasses the states of Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky. He will report to Scott Ransom, President and Chief Executive Officer of Erdman.
Since joining Erdman in 1998, Mr. Herritz has served as a Project Executive and Regional Manager where he led multi-disciplined teams in procuring and delivering healthcare facilities across the United States. Mr. Herritz has led a number of projects for Carle Clinic & Carle Foundation Hospital in Champaign/Urbana, Illinois, most recently directing the Erdman team on the Carle Foundation Hospital Heart and Vascular Institute and the Carle Cancer Center. Additional clients include South Bend Clinic in Indiana, Wheaton-Franciscan (Covenant Clinic) in Iowa, Midwest Orthopedic Center in Peoria, Illinois, Parkview Health System in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Riverside HealthCare in Kankakee, Illinois and Summit Health System in Chambersburg, PA.
Prior to joining Erdman, Mr. Herritz served as Vice President and National Account Manager for URS Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the

As Senior Vice President of Inpatient Project Delivery, Mr. Wolters will develop and lead a national team to focus on the delivery of inpatient projects. He will report to Brian Happ, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Erdman.
Mr. Wolters joined Erdman in 1999 and has served as a Project Executive and Vice President/Regional Manager. With more than twenty years of experience in the development, programming and planning of healthcare facilities, Mr. Wolters has been responsible for several key house accounts, including Marshfield Clinic in Marshfield, Wisconsin and St. Vincent Healthcare in Billings, Montana.
