Cogdell Spencer Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend

CHARLOTTE, N.C., March 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cogdell Spencer Inc. (NYSE: CSA) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.225 per common share payable on April 21, 2009 to stockholders of record on March 31, 2009. The dividend covers the first quarter of 2009.
