Cogdell Spencer Announces Dorr as President of the Southeast Region

ATLANTA, Feb. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cogdell Spencer Inc. (NYSE: CSA) announces the promotion of Susan Dorr to President of the Southeast Region for the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Erdman, A Cogdell Spencer Company (Erdman).

Based in the Company's Atlanta office, Ms. Dorr will focus on developing and maintaining client relationships and will be responsible for all design-build and development projects in the Region, which includes Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee. The Company offers integrated healthcare real estate services from strategic planning to development and delivery to long term ownership and management. Ms. Dorr will report to Scott Ransom, Erdman's President & Chief Executive Officer.

Ms. Dorr previously served as President and CEO of Consera Healthcare Real Estate, a full service real estate company specializing in management and development of healthcare facilities in the Southeast, which was acquired by Cogdell Spencer in 2006. She has also held executive positions in asset management and healthcare division management with Edens & Avant in Columbia, South Carolina.

Ms. Dorr has more than twenty years of experience in real estate and expertise in asset management, finance, construction development and strategic planning. She holds a degree from Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College and holds professional designations of Certified Property Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management and Certified Commercial Investment Member with the CCIM Institute.
