Cogdell Spencer Announces Dagar as President of the South Central Region

DALLAS, Feb. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cogdell Spencer Inc. (NYSE: CSA) announces the appointment of Bill Dagar to President of the South Central Region for the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Erdman, A Cogdell Spencer Company (Erdman).

Based in the Company's Dallas office, Mr. Dagar will focus on developing and maintaining client relationships and will be responsible for all design-build and development projects in the Region which includes Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, Missouri and Louisiana. The Company offers integrated healthcare real estate services from strategic planning to development and delivery to long term ownership and management. He will report to Scott Ransom, President and Chief Executive Officer of Erdman.

Prior to joining Cogdell Spencer, Mr. Dagar most recently served as Alliance Director with CB Richard Ellis - Healthcare Services where he directed a team responsible for managing all real estate functions for Baylor Healthcare Systems. Previously, Mr. Dagar served as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for Partners Health Trust, Trammell Crow's medical office building fund. His background also includes real estate development, sales and business development for the Real Estate Advisory Services group of Ernst & Young.

Mr. Dagar holds a Master of Business Administration from Butler University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
