Cody Bramlett, Certified Russian Kettlebell Instructor (RKC), Launches Kettlebell X Boot Camp
Date:4/11/2013

San Diego, California (PRWEB) April 11, 2013

People in San Diego now have a great option when combining boot camp classes with Kettlebell training. Cody Bramlett, who is a Certified Russian Kettlebell Instructor (RKC), has launched Kettlebell X Boot Camps classes. The classes take place at 4905 Morena Blvd. Suite 1307, San Diego, CA 92107. Class schedules, and more information, is available here: http://www.kettlebellxbootcamp.com/bootcamp-schedule/

“People know of me and my classes because they really do make an impact. I’m known for working people to their best bodies by using Kettlebells. Now my clients have a double benefit with the Kettlebell Boot Camp classes,” said Bramlett. “All First Time Students MUST take a Beginners Assessment with me before taking a regular class. I need to make sure I am putting people at the right level so they feel comfortable and come back.”

The Kettlebell X Boot Camps in San Diego are an all-encompassing workout routine that incorporates several exercise techniques. “When people show up to workout they will get their money’s worth,” continued Bramlett. “I take my time with assessing clients, inserting them into the right boot camp classes, and I ensure their money isn’t wasted on a program that isn’t challenging or engaging.” Members of the media are encouraged to contact Bramlett for a tour of the studio and to try the Kettlebell X Boot Camp classes for free.

Cody Bramlett is a Certified Russian Kettlebell Instructor (RKC), Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor, and he is Functional Movement Screen Certified (FMS). All the trainers with Kettlebell X Bootcamp have been hired by Bramlett to ensure their goal is always the client’s success.
