'Clipa for a Cure': New Pink Instant Handbag Hanger Benefits Breast Cancer Research
Date:9/30/2009

IRVINE, Calif., Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Topcor is introducing a new product to support breast cancer research.

Available October 5th, "Clipa for a Cure" is a special edition pink version of the company's instant handbag hanger. Topcor will donate 10% of the retail price of every pink Clipa purchased to breast cancer research. According to the American Cancer Society, breast cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death in women (lung cancer is first) and 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year.

The pink "Clipa for a Cure" purse hook features a hidden automatic closure system that clips to any handbag strap. To use, open one end, place on a table edge and hang the bag from the other end. When finished, simply pull the strap and let Clipa fall back onto the bag. Non-slip clip pads are on both ends--there's no need to check which end to use--and since it stays on the strap, no need to hunt for it.

Clipa prevents contact with germs, water and dirt and extends handbag life. It can hold up to 45 pounds, has been machine tested to withstand the equivalent of 10 years of daily use and is made in the U.S. from North American parts. Clipa also doubles as a bracelet. For single and double strap bags. The pink "Clipa for a Cure" purse clip retails for $24.95 and can be purchased beginning October 5th at www.clipa.us. Patent pending.
