Clinovations' COO, Kevin Coloton, Chosen for SmartCEO’S 2012 Executive Management Awards
Date:1/30/2013

Washington, DC (PRWEB) January 30, 2013

Clinovations, LLC is proud to announce that Kevin Coloton, Chief Operating Officer, has been named a recipient of SmartCEO’s Executive Management Award (EMA).

The EMAs recognize the achievements of the Mid-Atlantic’s top management all-stars. Winners are recognized for their creative management vision, leadership philosophy, innovative strategy and undeniable work ethic.

“All too often, senior leaders in an organization become unsung heroes. This is why SmartCEO designed the Executive Management Awards. The 2013 EMA winners are not only taking their companies and co-workers to new heights, but they are also leaders within the communities where we work and live,” says Jaime Nespor, group publisher of SmartCEO magazine, “We are honored to award each of these individuals and tell the stories of their achievements and contributions.”

Under Coloton’s leadership, Clinovations has evolved and grown into a leading healthcare consulting firm, offering strategic, clinical, and health IT advisory and management services to the Federal government, hospitals, health systems, and life sciences companies across the country. Through the firm’s relationships and client engagements, Clinovations has developed integrated solutions and programs that support care delivery and the patient experience throughout the continuum of care.

“A clinician’s primary focus is to serve and heal their patients. Our consultants focus on serving our clients with the same sense of purpose. We strive to offer value in every interaction and to ultimately ensure that our clients are succeeding,” Coloton says. “Our goal is to provide healthcare organizations with a solution that is not only appropriate to meet their strategic objectives, but also maximizes the return on clinical, financial, and operational investments. And, when our clients succeed, we succeed.”

Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), Chief Information Officers, Chief Technology Officers (CIOs/CTOs), Chief Operating Officers (COOs) and other Chief Officers (CXOs) were eligible for the honor and were selected by an independent panel of judges who assessed each nominee on certain criteria provided in the nomination. Each EMA winner undoubtedly represents the best of what Greater Washington D.C has to offer: extraordinary diligence, passionate leadership, and a success-driven management strategy.
