ThinkHealth Solution Will Power Cariten Healthcare Goals to Assure

Cariten will underpin the operation of its existing disease and care management programs with ThinkHealth, leveraging its best-of-breed decision- support and workflow mechanisms to streamline processes and enable better- targeted, more efficient, and more robust care to members.

ThinkHealth integrates customer relationship management services and case and disease management tools on one central medical management system, with superior configurability, scalability, and easy integration with legacy and external systems.
