Cleveland Clinic and Mubadala Healthcare Name CEO of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi

Most recently, Dr. Lorenz was the Section Head of Head and Neck Surgery in the Head and Neck Institute at Cleveland Clinic (US).

About Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi

In September 2006, Mubadala signed an agreement with pioneering American healthcare institution, Cleveland Clinic, to establish and operate a preeminent hospital in Abu Dhabi. The 360-bed multi-specialty hospital, known as Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (CCAD), will be a unique and unparalleled extension of the Cleveland Clinic model. CCAD is due to open 2012 with the objective of bringing world-class healthcare to the region.

CCAD will offer advanced tertiary/quaternary medical services in a comprehensive range of specialties and subspecialties.
