Classe Wines Offers 2008 Pinot Noir Domaine Jean-Michel Guillon Les Crais in Limited Quantity
Date:7/23/2013

Vienna, VA (PRWEB) July 23, 2013

Classe Wines is pleased to announce the availability of 2008 Pinot Noir Domaine Jean-Michel Guillon Les Crais, which is being offered for sale to the public in limited quantities. This excellent Pinot Noir was produced by the Domaine Jean-Michel Guillon, a winery which has been producing wine in the Gevrey-Chambertin region of Burgundy since 1980, led by winemaker Jean-Michel Guillon. This represents an opportunity to obtain a high-quality Pinot Noir from an experienced winemaker at an attractive price.

2008 Pinot Noir Domaine Jean-Michel Guillon Les Crais is a wine that is smooth and fragrant, and is structured well. This wine has a rich red color, and an earthy and spicy taste that reflects the soil and clay located on this excellent winery. The cherry flavor that forms part of this wine's taste is balanced with the mineral taste and bite that comes from its place of origin. It makes a fine addition to the collection of any winemaker who enjoys fine French Pinot Noir. Pinot Noir wines, including this one, make excellent pairings with a wide variety of foods that includes meats such as pork, chicken, and beef, as well as vegetable dishes such as mushrooms, cooked spinach, and lentils. It is also excellent with lighter snacks including Brie and other fine cheeses.

This wine is produced at the Domaine Jean-Michel Guillon winery where it is aged in new oak, which permeates the taste of all the wines that this winery produces. The winemaker, Jean-Michel Guillon, takes pride in the fact that he purchases large quantities of new oak barrels. Guillon enjoyed a career in aerospace before his decision to enter his family's longtime business of winemaking, and this wine is one of his best creations.

The winery is located in the Gevrey-Chambertin region, which forms part of the region of Burgundy, which is famous for quality among French wine-growing regions. Pinot Noir grape
