Date:3/5/2008

DALLAS, March 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Phoenix Health Systems, a premier provider of integrated professional and technical services focused on the business goals of healthcare organizations, announced today that it has signed an agreement with Civista Health Inc. (La Plata, Maryland), to provide information technology infrastructure outsourcing services.

Under the three year agreement, Phoenix will manage Civista's help desk from its Leveraged Service Center in Dallas, Texas, while also providing an onsite team to support Civista's desktop service towers. The new Civista help desk will be available to the user community 24 hours-per-day, 7 days-per- week, maximizing customer service and improving access to technical support. The onsite desktop team will have a more clinical focus, with an emphasis on responsiveness to critical issues. "Phoenix is extremely pleased to be selected to manage the help desk and desktop service towers for Civista Health Inc. We are committed to helping enable them achieve their long-term business objectives," said Darin LeGrange, President and CEO, Phoenix Health Systems.
