Date:3/5/2008

DALLAS, March 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Phoenix Health Systems, a premier provider of integrated professional and technical services focused on the business goals of healthcare organizations, announced today that it has signed an agreement with Civista Health Inc. (La Plata, Maryland), to provide information technology infrastructure outsourcing services.

Under the three year agreement, Phoenix will manage Civista's help desk from its Leveraged Service Center in Dallas, Texas, while also providing an onsite team to support Civista's desktop service towers.
