Chindex International, Inc. to Participate in the Piper Jaffray & ChinaVenture Investment Conference 2009

BETHESDA, Md., March 4 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Chindex International, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHDX), a leading independent American provider of Western healthcare products and services in the People's Republic of China, today announced that the Company will attend the Piper Jaffray & ChinaVenture Investment Conference 2009, to be held at the Grand Hyatt in Shanghai on March 16 and 17. The Company will conduct meetings with institutional investors and will host a group investor tour of the United Family Hospital in Shanghai.

Additionally, Roberta Lipson, Chief Executive Officer of Chindex International, is scheduled to speak on a panel discussion entitled, "Anticipating Impact from the Economy and Healthcare Spending," on March 17.
