Chindex International, Inc. Announces Transfer to NASDAQ Global Market

BETHESDA, Md., Dec. 24 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Chindex International, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHDX), an independent American provider of Western healthcare services and products in the People's Republic of China, announced today it has received approval from NASDAQ for the listing of its common stock on the NASDAQ Global Market. Transfer of the listing from the NASDAQ Capital Market to the NASDAQ Global Market has been completed and trading will commence today. The Company's common stock will continue to trade under the symbol "CHDX."
