HARBIN, China, Dec. 24 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- China Sky One Medical, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CSKI), a manufacturer, marketer and distributor of pharmaceutical, medicinal and diagnostic products in China, today announced that it has appointed Sherb & Co., LLP as its independent auditor, effective immediately. Mr. Yanqing Liu, Chief Executive Officer and President of China Sky One Medical, Inc. stated, "We are pleased to announce our appointment of this globally established accounting firm which has strong experience in working with public companies. We believe that Sherb & Co. will provide us with audit services of the highest quality and we look forward to working with them in the future."
