China Sky One Medical, Inc. Delays Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2008 Earnings Conference Call

HARBIN, China, March 31 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China Sky One Medical, Inc. ("China Sky One Medical" or "the Company") (Nasdaq: CSKI), a leading fully integrated pharmaceutical company producing over-the-counter drugs in the People's Republic of China ("PRC"), today announced that it has cancelled its earnings conference call previously scheduled for 10:30 a.m. EDT on March 31, 2009. The Company will provide an updated timeline regarding the status of its Form 10-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission before 8:00 p.m. EDT on March 31, 2009.

"We apologize for any inconvenience to our investors due to the rescheduling of our earnings conference call. However, we need additional time to finalize our annual results on Form 10-K," said Mr. Yan-Qing Liu, Chairman and CEO of China Sky One Medical, Inc. "We are working diligently to complete this as soon as possible and will reschedule our fourth quarter and full year 2008 earnings conference shortly thereafter."
