Qian Xu Feng, 40, has held various roles including Vice President and Senior Analyst at Moody's Investors Services since 2005. Previously, She was a Research Fellow at Furman Center for Real Estate and Urban Policy of New York University from 2004 to 2005, and Assistant Professor of Economics at Beijing Normal University from 1990 to 1996. She holds a Masters degree in Accounting from City University of New York, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Beijing Normal University. Additionally, she obtained his Masters and Ph.D. degrees in Economics from Rutgers University.

In addition, the Company has formed key committees of its board that will be held by its independent outside directors. The board members' roles have been specified as the following: Qian Xu Feng, Jiang Qi Feng and Song Chun Fang will serve as members of the Company's newly-formed Finance Committee; Song Chun Fang, Zhao Jie and Jiang Qi Feng will serve as members of the Company's newly-formed Executive Committee; Zhao Jie, Qian Xu Feng and Song Chun Fang will serve as the members of the Company's newly-formed Nominating and Governance Committee; Qian Xu Feng, Jiang Qi Feng and Song Chun Fang will serve as the members of the Company's newly-formed Compensation Committee
