(3) The Company has performed a preliminary purchase price allocation after the completion of the SPR acquisition in December 2008. The Company will finalize the purchase price allocation as soon as practicable. (4) In computing diluted earnings from continuing operations per ADS, interest expense and amortization in connection with convertible notes were not added back in computing diluted earnings from continuing operations per ADS because they were anti-dilutive.
