Chest Workout Routine for Mass Video Including Best Chest Exercises Released by Muscle Building Expert

A new muscle building video featuring a chest workout for mass was recently released by Ryan Magin. The video is the 3rd in a series of bodybuilding videos that gives free information to hardgainers on how to build muscle and bust through workout plateuas. The chest workout video focuses on several core exercises that can be done to develop the upper and middle chest as well as to widen the chest.

In the new exercise video Ryan demonstrates each chest exercise with the proper form and explains what each movement can do in relation to chest development.
