ChemSW Rated Top Vendor Overall for Customer Satisfaction in Q3 2009 by VendorRate
Date:11/5/2009

FAIRFIELD, Calif., Nov. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- ChemSW is pleased to announce their standing in the latest VendorRate Report. The only Internet site that offers quick, confidential performance ratings and comparisons of technology vendors, VendorRate has listed ChemSW as the top rated vendor overall in their Q3 2009 Customer Satisfaction Industry Report.

Despite an overall gloomy report where the customer satisfaction score was the lowest ever reported by VendorRate among 31 IT Sectors, ChemSW maintained their high ranking, scoring highest overall and receiving a perfect 10 in the Customer Service Install/Implement category.

ChemSW, a leader in chemical inventory management systems with 15,000 customers in 40 countries, also topped the list of IT Vendors in 2008, making the top benchmark list for all 10 criteria and posting the highest overall score of 95 out of a possible 100 on VendorRate.

VendorRate's Q3 2009 report contains breakdowns of ratings submitted by small, medium and enterprise companies, the highest and lowest scores in each of ten performance criteria, and top category scores by software, hardware and service providers. The report is now available on the VendorRate site at www.VendorRate.com.
