LONG BEACH, N.Y., June 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Chem Rx Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: CHRX, CHRXU, CHRXW), a leading provider of institutional pharmacy services, announced today the appointment of Gary M. Jacobs as the Company's Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Jacobs is an experienced finance professional with a background that includes corporate finance, SEC reporting and public accounting. Chem Rx also announced the resignation of its interim Chief Financial Officer, Joseph Sinicropi, effective immediately.
