(OTC Bulletin Board: MLKNA), a company dedicated to providing the medical community with applications and services that ease the accessibility of physicians and patients to electronic medical records, announce the signing of an exclusive agreement to develop and market a suite of unique information products and services.

This collaboration will allow the development of highly-targeted commercial information products and continuing medical education (CME) programs for physicians, based on aggregated, HIPAA-compliant patient information derived from individual physicians' own patient populations. This informational core will enable the two companies to reach into individual physicians' panels of patients and identify specific practices or particular interest groups of importance to medical marketers or educators. As a result, the industry will now be able to direct surveys and market research to a much greater degree than is presently possible by any other means. For example, physicians with more than 100 active diabetes patients can be identified and the aggregate improvement of the patients can be tracked by viewing changes in laboratory results subsequent to the inclusion of a new drug in their therapeutic regimen.
