Physicians Extol Benefits of Real-time, Configurable Patient Data Delivered

to the OR, Office or their Smartphone

ALISO VIEJO, Calif., Sept. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Healthcare information systems developer, Global Care Quest, Inc. today announced that Century City Doctors Hospital (CCDH), an acute-care facility located in Los Angeles, CA., has gone live with Global Care Quest's Integrated Clinical Information System (ICIS).

ICIS delivers multiple data types from multiple information systems of clinically relevant data in real time. ICIS Dashboard and ICIS Mobile pull critical patient data such as lab results, vitals, X-rays, CT scans, and demographics in real-time from diverse hospital systems. Information is delivered to physicians and other members of the medical team via desktop PCs, laptops, and smartphones.

Currently, CCDH physicians from internal medicine, urology, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, anesthesiology, otolaryngology, gastroenterology, and medical oncology are using ICIS Dashboard and ICIS Mobile.

Physician leaders are thrilled with the ICIS products. "GCQ's ICIS Dashboard is an excellent program that allows a physician to view all of a patient's important clinical information in a fast and easy manner," says Thomas Ahn, M.D., an endocrinologist and member of the hospital's medical executive committee.
