Bend, Oregon (PRWEB) May 17, 2013
Judith Hurlburt, CEO of Hurlburt Support Services of Bend, Oregon, has achieved formal recognition as a licensed TIGERS Success Series Team Development facilitator and TIGERS inner circle member.
Hurlburt is also a contributing author to the business book, Engagement, Retention and Growth – 10 Strategic Solutions for Corporate Growth and Employee Retention (Three Creeks: 2012).
Utilizing TIGERS proprietary resources and her years of consulting experience with public, private and non-profit institutions, Hurlburt facilitates individuals and organizations through both unexpected and desired changes.
“I became a certified TIGERS Facilitator, because TIGERS includes a full suite of team consulting services that are thoroughly researched and align with my values on the importance of team collaboration. These powerful team development strategies create lasting, measurable changes,” Hurlburt said.
Hurlburt complements the TIGERS team development processes with her own extensive communication skills training, allowing her to facilitate the creation of highly collaborative, successful teams and relationships.
“I am so pleased that Judy has joined our growing group of internal and independent team builders recognized as TIGERS-licensed team-effectiveness and team-building experts,” said Dianne Crampton, Founder of TIGERS Success Series.
“As more organizations begin to emerge out of this recession positioned for growth rather than for sale, it is important for leaders to have access to outstanding consultants around the country and in Canada who can help them grow and scale their businesses by deploying highly effective teams and team development systems,” Crampton said.
TIGERS has licensed consultants in Maine, Canada, San Diego, Arizona, and Central Oregon.
Founded in 1987, TIGERS Success Series, Inc. reorganized five years ago to license and train team consultants, facilitators, coaches and trainers in the use of TIGERS resources and methods. These resources include work team and business culture assessment; the TIGERS team development exercise that teaches teams the behaviors that build and anchor collaboration and cooperation in organizations, which was nominated by Merrill Lynch for Inc. Magazine’s Entrepreneur of the Year awards because of Crampton’s notable merger work; a series of planning facilitations from consensus building to action planning; executive planning facilitation methods; and employee team training.
The TIGERS model for building team effectiveness is based on six principle that build high levels of collaboration on teams. These principles are trust, interdependence, genuineness, empathy, risk and success. TIGERS underwent a 4 year independent validation process by Gonzaga University and the Washington State Education Association and is recognized internationally for developing high performance teams and for change management initiatives.
