Central Bucks Specialists transitioned from their hospital-based transcription provider to MxSecure for more control over transcribed reports, better access to their patient's records and to improve the workflow at all three satellite locations. Since Central Bucks Specialists began utilizing MxSecure's medical transcription services and document management system, approved support staff have easy access to transcriptions, provider satisfaction has increased and, most importantly, patient care has been improved.
