The Madison County Community Health Centers, Inc. (MCCHC) was founded in 1999 with a mission to improve the quality of life in Madison County by providing quality, accessible healthcare for those who are experiencing a disparity because of their social, economic, race, age, or cultural status, especially the uninsured, underinsured and the working poor. The Center offers primary health services, including medical, dental and pharmacy. In addition, specialty referral services with a wrap-around social services component are available, as well as a Child Health Access Program (C.H.A.P.) that provides health assessments, services, and education programs for children in Madison and other counties.
