During the webinar, Susie Dirkx RN, bariatric coordinator, will provide an overview of the weight loss surgery program by highlighting the following:

  • Dr. Amir Heydari, medical director of the program
  • Center of Excellence designation and benefits to the patient
  • Procedures offered
  • Insurance coverage
  • Common food concerns
  • Recommended next steps

To register, visit Centegra.org/webinar. Instructions will be emailed to each participant. To hear the webinar, participants will need access to a phone to call in to listen. The phone number will be emailed after participants are registered.

The webinars are offered as a glimpse into the program and a bridge into the comprehensive in-person information sessions offered in convenient locations including Barrington, Elgin, Huntley, Rockford and Woodstock. During those in-person sessions, participants will meet former patients and ask the weight loss surgery team any questions.
