Cashless Nigeria: Central Bank Of Nigeria Grants Globasure Approval to Operate as a Payment Terminal Service Provider (PTSP)
Date:9/23/2013

Lagos, Nigeria (PRWEB) September 23, 2013

After a series of evaluation stages, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has finally approved Globasure Technologies Limited to operate as a Payment Terminal Service Provider (PTSP) in Nigeria.

This is a distinguishing feat for the financial technology company with expertise in the development, deployment and implementation of holistic innovative end-to-end payment solutions, services and support to the financial and telecom sector.

Gradually expanding to what will become the most successful payment company across the nation, with the endless efforts put in by the management and staff of Globasure, her credible deployment and support engineers working tirelessly to ensure prompt checks and servicing of terminals across the nation, the easy and convenient channels for bill payments made available and most importantly the believe in “Cashless Nigeria” out of which the drive was born, this accomplishment is only one of more to come. At the helm of affairs at Globasure, Chris Ife is particularly pleased with this highlight as he affirms that “…this welcomes a new era in our company history and sets us in the right direction as we position to serve our partners and customers even better…,” while congratulating the Globasure team whose contributions made this possible.

Coupled with excellence in service delivery, Globasure creates an easier and healthy lifestyle for her customers, as her solutions can help reduce costs, maximize profitability, improve client relationship management, and eliminate financial fraud. Financial institutions, payment processors, retailers, service providers, mobile operators, or any type of business that receives payments can benefit from Globasure’s solutions. Globasure promotes Financial Inclusion and the Cashless policy of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

As a licensed PTSP, Globasure plans to supersede expectations in the performance of her role as a service provider as we have seen from inception. With the introduction of ServPoint, the bill payment platform that drives her Value Added Service offerings, Globasure is determined to increase productivity and overall performance in ePayment channels in Nigeria. Reaching the grassroots with the start-up of small businesses powered by ServPoint Partners (SPP) - “Business-in-a-box,” ServPoint Youth Empowerment Forums (SYEF) and workshops are some of Globsure’s many initiatives for Financial Inclusion in Nigeria.
