CaseQ Quick Ship Casework Program Announced Today

MIDLAND, Mich., Jan. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- A leader in quality laminate casework is aiming to become the leader in speed, as well. Case Systems, Inc.'s new "CaseQ" program is designed to offer customers guaranteed quicker delivery.

The "Q" in CaseQ stands for "quick ship," according to Case Systems President and COO Rick Vander Weele.

"Our guarantee through CaseQ is simple," Vander Weele says. "Regardless of an order's size, standard shipping from our facility is guaranteed in four weeks of completed order information receipt.

"We're offering a 50-percent credit on all casework shipments," he says, "if they don't ship in the designated four weeks." Work surfaces are not included in the guarantee, and the clock starts, Vander Weele says, "once we receive and verify all complete information to begin processing and manufacturing your order."

The CaseQ offering includes laminate base, wall, hutch, tall, mobile and locker cabinets, as well as work surfaces with the addition of popular accessories. The CaseQ program further combines the most popular model numbers and sizes with the most frequently ordered Wilsonart(R) color selections.
