Million Dollar Body(TM) Is Awarding Over One Million Dollars to Help People

Lose Weight and Get in Better Shape

ANAHEIM, Calif., March 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Fitness website MillionDollarBody.com has just announced a $50,000 Grand Prize winner in its Million Dollar Body Game(TM), an ongoing incentive competition that is giving away over $1,000,000 this year to spur people to lose weight and get in shape.

Sabrina Durham, of Caro, Michigan, shed 85 pounds using Turbo Jam every day and was the $1,000 female winner in MillionDollarBody.com's August competition. Inspired by that milestone, she "really wanted to kick it up a notch. I wanted to be RIPPED and strong!"

Sabrina continued, "My coach, Traci Morrow, was my inspiration with this; this phenomenal woman became my support system, helping me with my plan and diet. She took me through P90Master Series and prepared me for my greatest task -- P90X."

The challenge was formidable since Sabrina suffered from Fibromyalgia, a chronic disorder that causes widespread pain in the muscles, joints, tendons and ligaments and causes fatigue and tender spots. "I had pushed through Turbo Jam with this condition, but P90X is EXTREME. I said, bring it baby!" Sabrina recalled.

The road wasn't easy health wise. "Although exercise is good for Fibromyalgia, there were days I had to push through the pain; sometimes I had to modify my workouts. It got pretty bad at one point and I was confined to bed, but the next day I got right back up and pushed myself to exercise. I refuse to sit on the sidelines of my own life!" explained Sabrina.

To aid in her workouts, Sabrina took the P90X Health Formula, the Performance Formula, and the Recovery Drink and those supplements helped enormously as did her adherence to a proper diet.

Inspired by her success, Sabrina plans to be a coach herself and "pay it forward" by helping others.

It was a long journey for Sabrina. She submitted the story of her transformation, with before and after photos, and was chosen as a female $1,000 winner. As a winner then, she was invited to submit a new picture and essay to be eligible for the Grand Prize -- in which she was guaranteed $50,000 and a shot at the $250,000. Web visitors can follow her ongoing story at http://www.MillionDollarBody.com.

"This is an exciting time at Million Dollar Body(TM) crowning all our winners," said Carl Daikeler, CEO of Beachbody.com.

"At Beachbody, we're billing these success stories as the ultimate win-win because there are no complaints -- every Beachbody and Million Dollar Body customer wins in some way. Just by following the winners' stories online, people have the extra motivation to make positive life changes and become healthier," he continued. "Obesity is an epidemic in this country. Losing weight takes perseverance and our kind of honest, healthy approach. Seeing others who put in the effort and get the results helps everyone stay motivated and focused."
