Carma Laboratories Launches New Carmex(R) Web Site; Unveils Top 10 Reasons for a Virtual Visit
Date:11/19/2008

MILWAUKEE, Nov. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Carma Laboratories, Inc., the makers of Carmex(R) lip balms, today unveiled its new Web site: http://www.mycarmex.com. In association with the new site's launch, the company also announced the top 10 reasons to visit mycarmex.com.

"We know that Carmex users are serious about their lip balm and they also have a passion for enjoying life," said Paul Woelbing, president of Carma Laboratories. "The new Web site reflects this lifestyle and enables our customers to insert Carmex fun into more than just their pocket or purse," he added.

Woelbing went on to say, "For years we have had to ward off rumors that our lip balm is addictive, even though all Carmex products are in full compliance with the Food and Drug Administration. However, I cannot make that claim about mycarmex.com -- the new Web site may be habit forming," he added.

In addition to fun, interactive activities that allow visitors to create their own electronic greetings or design their own branded apparel, mycarmex.com features more traditional offerings, such as product descriptions, company history and answers to commonly (and not so commonly) asked questions.

Carmex lip balm is available in a variety of forms like jar, tube and stick; a variety of flavors like cherry, strawberry and mint; and many with sun protection.
