They walk to remember loved ones who have passed, to help friends, family members and persons who are living with HIV/AIDS to survive and live happy and productive lives. Walkers will come together to remind the community that in 2008 the epidemic continues to affect Brooklyn in record numbers, and they will show their support by walking and raising money for people living with or affected by HIV/AIDS.
