Date:1/27/2009

NEW YORK, Jan. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Care to Care announced Barbara Kelman has joined the organization as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President.

"Following an extensive search, we are fortunate to have Ms. Kelman join our team," says Martin Farbenblum, Chairman of the board of Care to Care. "Barbara brings close to thirty years of health care administration experience from both the provider and payor perspectives. This includes demonstrated excellence in contracting, network development, marketing, relationship management and process improvement. Barbara has proven success in reorganizing operations for managed care organizations. We are confident her long record of success will be duplicated at Care to Care during this growth period."

Ms. Kelman most recently held the position of Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer at Affinity Health Plan, an independent managed care plan serving Metro New York. Prior to that, she was a member of the executive staff of Health Partners of Philadelphia as Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer serving Medicaid and Medicare members in the Philadelphia area.

As Care to Care continues to grow, Ms. Kelman will be responsible for planning and directing all aspects of the organization's operational policies, objectives and initiatives. "I am excited to join the organization" states Ms. Kelman. "It is my opinion that Care to Care brings something very special to the marketplace through focus on appropriate radiology utilization, with an emphasis on quality. I see my appointment as an opportunity to guide the growth and development of Care to Care during this most unique time period, as the cost of health care continues to rise along with continuing economic pressures. It feels good to be part of a solution."

Ms. Kelman serves on the Board of Directors of March of Dimes and is a member of several professional organizations, including Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), and the American Association of Healthcare Administration Management. She graduated from Temple University with a degree in business administration.
