NEW YORK, Jan. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Care to Care announced Barbara Kelman has joined the organization as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President.

"Barbara brings close to thirty years of health care administration experience from both the provider and payor perspectives. This includes demonstrated excellence in contracting, network development, marketing, relationship management and process improvement. Ms. Kelman most recently held the position of Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer at Affinity Health Plan, an independent managed care plan serving Metro New York. Prior to that, she was a member of the executive staff of Health Partners of Philadelphia as Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer serving Medicaid and Medicare members in the Philadelphia area.

As Care to Care continues to grow, Ms. Kelman will be responsible for planning and directing all aspects of the organization's operational policies, objectives and initiatives.
