Cardinal Health Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

DUBLIN, Ohio, Feb. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cardinal Health today announced that its board of directors has approved a regular quarterly dividend of $0.175 per share, payable on April 15 to shareholders of record on April 1.

This marks the 102nd consecutive regular quarterly dividend for Cardinal Health. The company had approximately 361 million shares outstanding as of Jan. 31.
