Cardinal Health Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

DUBLIN, Ohio, Aug. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cardinal Health, a global provider of products and services that improve the safety and productivity of health care, today announced its board of directors has approved a regular quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share, payable on October 15 to shareholders of record on October 1.

The dividend is the 96th consecutive regular quarterly dividend for Cardinal Health. The company had approximately 358 million shares outstanding as of July 31.
